HOW IT WORKS

Wear Prana on your lower back using the built-in retractable belt.

STEP 2

Get real-time feedback on your passive breathing and posture. The device alerts you to both stressed breathing and slouching to help keep stress from building up and maintain healthy habits.

Proactively reduce stress through interactive breathing exercises. Choose from our Gamified or Haptic Training modes.

With Gamified Training, your breathing controls an animated character as you inhale and exhale to collect flowers and follow the breathing pattern. Slouching stops the movement.

With Haptic Training, you can close your eyes and practice controlled breathing with vibration cues. Inhale when you feel a pulse, and exhale when you feel a double-pulse. If you stray from the pattern or slouch, the device will remind you with a long buzz.
